Some questions
The docked buttons show up after a while: is Patapage slow?
The docked buttons are there to show how Patapage works without changing an existing web site. And there is a delay in their showing up because they are drawn after the underlying page completion.
But the real usage of Patapage functionality is though links and buttons integrated in the pages,
and in that case there is no delay - see this demo.
Is Patapage just another content management system?
No: it provides some (progressively, all) services of classical CMS systems, but in a completely different way: you don't have to rebuild your site on some other system,
you don't have other servers to maintain, you keep your site as and where it is. You just add more buttons, and get more services. That's it.
Is this something similar to UserVoice or GetSatisfaction?
No: those are services that link to a website at a single entry point, and from there on you work on their feedback service, leaving the original site.
When you add services from Patapage to your site, those services act on your site, enriching it with functionalities and services.
Can I add the Patapage buttons on a test page of my site before using it on the public pages?
Yes, if you have your test pages on the same domain of the real site: you may use the same codes for any page on the same site.
Otherwise you just have to create two websites under your profile.
Does it cost? If yes, how much?
