Why it is a paid service

Making Patapage be paid by the users is be a way of keeping it ad-free: as one of our ideals is to give as much as an unobtrusive service as possible, channeling ads would result in just the opposite. We also believe that using a commercial service is a higher guarantee for the users.

Prices

Patapage is an online service which is free for the first 30 days of usage. Then if you want to continue using the service you can buy one of this two accounts:

Basic sign up 30 days FREE trial 1 site (plus a single alias) $9/month Basic per year 89$

Pro sign up 30 days FREE trial Up to 100 Sites $39/month Pro per year $390

BASIC account - 1 site

This lets you manage a single site (plus a single alias). The cost is 9 USD / month (in Euro, 6 EUR / month), if you buy on a month-by-month basis. If you buy a full year of service, the total cost is 89 USD (in Euro, 67 EUR), that is, 7.4 USD / month.

PRO account - unlimited sites

With this account it will be possible to manage an unlimited number of sites and aliases. The cost is 39 USD / month (in Euro, 29 EUR / month), if you buy on a month-by-month basis. If you buy a full year of service, the total cost is 390 USD (in Euro, 294 EUR), that is, 32.5 USD / month.

This price of an account covers up to 5000 contributions and revisions per account per month; in the unlikely case you get more than 5000 contributions per month, we congratulate you, and we will contact you for evaluating the bandwidth and resources used and revise the price. In our experience the 5000 contributions limit would be reached only by sites with a huge following, like a major online national newspaper site.

It is possible to buy any number of months of usage.

To get a FREE year of Patapage service (on a single site profile), renewable, you can do one of the following:

* If you want to use Patapage on a web site of a do-gooder of any sort (non-profit, charity, open-source contributor, you get the idea), email us from an e-mail of that site. See below for review details. Apply for free service.

* If you are using Patapage on a web site and are willing to let us use it in our showcase, send us a link to the site when its ready. See below for review details. Apply for free service.

* If you are a long time blogger / journalist and wrote a public review of Patapage, send us a link to the review. See below for review details. Apply for free service.

Questions

Can I manage more then one site with one account?

Yes if you have a "web factory" account; the only limit is on the total number of contributions (see top of page).

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

When your paid account service expires, contents for the button clicks will no longer be served.
Data will still be on our service and you will be able to access it. Any time you can re-enable the service by paying for it.
You can permanently remove all data with the "delete" buttons in the settings section when logged.
