Rearrange PDF pages without uploading them
Reordering a PDF should not mean sending it to someone else's server. PataPage opens your document in your browser, shows every page as a thumbnail and lets you move things around. The finished file is built on your own device, so private documents stay private.
It is free, with no account, no watermark and no limit on how many files you organize.
How to reorder PDF pages
Drop your PDF and wait a moment for the thumbnails. Drag a page to where you want it, or focus the grip handle on a page and use the keyboard: press an arrow key to move it one place, or Home and End to send it to the start or the end. On a phone, press and hold a page for a moment, then drag.
Each page also has buttons to turn it left or right, to duplicate it and to delete it. Duplicating is useful when you need the same cover sheet or blank page in several places.
Delete pages from a PDF
To remove pages from a PDF, press the bin on any page you do not need. Deleted pages are left out of the new file. Changed your mind? Reset puts everything back as it was, and your original file is never touched until you download the new version.
If you only want to keep a few pages, Split PDF can extract them in one step.
Good to know
The page numbers on each thumbnail show where it sits now. A small label tells you which page it was originally. Pages are copied across unchanged, so quality stays the same. Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first. When you are done, you can add page numbers or shrink the file for email with one click.
